How it works
Three steps, one canvas. Nothing to install, no account, and your guest list never leaves the device you are typing on.
From guest list to floor plan.
Paste your guest list
Open the planner, press Paste guest list and drop in your names — one per line, or separated by commas. Anyone with a plus-one gets their own line, which is what you want: the chart seats people, not parties. Names stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded, and there is no account to make.
Arrange the room
Start from a ready-made layout — wedding rounds, a classroom desk grid, or exam rows — or add tables of your own and drag them where the room wants them. Set each table’s seat count, rename it, and flip it between round and rectangular. Then seat people: drag a name onto a seat, or tap the guest and tap the seat (easier on a tablet). Moving and swapping work the same way, and tapping a seated guest frees their seat.
Export or share
Print / PDF produces two sheets: the plan on the first, and the guest list by table on the second — the one you hand to a caterer or a venue. Export PNG gives you an image for a group chat or a mood board. Copy link puts the whole chart into the link itself, so a co-planner on another device opens exactly what you see. Everything is saved on your own device as you go.
Open the planner It opens on a blank canvas — pick a layout or add a table.
Start from a layout.
Three ready-made rooms, tuned to how each event actually seats people. Each one opens the planner with the room already built.
Wedding — round tables
A head table of six along the top, then rounds of eight with room to walk between them. Seats are filled in order, so you can rename and reshuffle from a sensible start.
Use templateClassroom — desk grid
Four rows of six single desks with an aisle between the columns, and the front row left clear for the teacher. Rename desks by student, or drag a desk out of the grid.
Use templateExam hall — rows
Five staggered rows of six single seats, spaced so an invigilator can walk between them. Drop in the candidate list and the numbers land in reading order.
Use templateTable sizes at a glance.
Sizes that seat people comfortably, and the room to leave between them.
Ready when you are.
The planner opens on a blank canvas. Paste your list, arrange the room, and hand the venue a two-sheet printout.
